The new X.RALLY is purpose-built for Hard Enduro riders, delivering exceptional lightness, comfort, and outstanding ventilation. Every detail has been optimized for control, comfort, and compatibility with off-road goggles, making it the perfect companion for the toughest and most technical terrain.
At just 1350 grams, the X.RALLY redefines the standard for lightweight performance and maximum safety. Its shell, crafted with NEXX’s X-PRO Carbon technology, delivers exceptional strength, superior impact resistance, and outstanding comfort, all while minimizing neck fatigue during long rides.
Additionally, the innovative X-Foam crash bumpers, made from ultra-lightweight EPP foam, are engineered to cover the entire bottom trim — including the chin area — effectively absorbing impact energy, softening crash forces, and reducing the risk of collarbone injuries.
Developed through advanced aerothermal design, the ventilation system adapts to every climate and condition with 9 air inlets and 6 exhaust outlets. Dedicated winter chin ventilation and extra cheek pad intakes ensure consistent cooling and comfort in all environments.
Adpatability at it’s finest – The X.RALLY transorforms seamlessly across three rides modes. Whether it’s Dual Sport with visor and winter chin vent, Off-Road with enhanced airflow and gogglw setup, or On-Road with a sleek, peak-free profile – ready to match every adventure.
The new visor design includes NEXX’s proven Recoil Visor System with its spring-loaded base side plates that auto-adjust and pull the visor back against the dual-lip window beading for a perfect airtight seal – working independently from the peak fitting system.
Pinlock 120 XLT Max Vision (in X-PRO Carbon fiber models) and Pinlock 70 (in X-Matrix 2 fiber models) are included in the box.
Every model comes with a Pinlock® anti-fog lens – brand-new 200 XTL Max Vision technology for X-PRO Carbon and 120 XLT Max Vision for X-Matrix2 models.

The interior tissues are made from soft-touch X-Mart Dry fabrics that keep the interior cool and dry.
Fully compatible with universal intercom systems, the X.RALLY features ear pocket cutouts or easy integration of your comm system and a dedicated slot for universal intercom clamp mounts, ensuring a clean, secure, and hassle-free setup every time.
Finally, engineered for adventure, the new POV Kit ensures your action camera stays secure and stable on every ride. It features a versatile top mount, compatible with or without the peak, and a 4-positor reversible chin mount – letting you capture every moment up close and from any angle
