General Returns and Refund Policy
We provide a refund to customers if we are notified of your wish to cancel your order, within 30 days of you receiving your goods (retail sales only, trade orders do not qualify).
- The helmet must be returned in the original, and undamaged, manufacturer's packaging.
- The helmet itself will not be accepted for return if the helmet has been worn, scratched or damaged in any way. Don’t take it outside for a test ride!
- If we believe that the shell of the helmet has been compromised in any way, we will not accept the return.
- All tags/ stickers/ decals must still be attached to the helmet.
- Pinlocks not installed, protective plastic on the visor
- Internal padding not removed
- All accessories/ items included with the helmet must be returned.
- When returning the helmet, they must be returned within the helmet box (original packaging). Please ensure you pack the original helmet box inside a secondary box for protection.
- In summary, everything must be returned, as new, as you received it.
- DO NOT affix the label to the original helmet box, your return will be rejected and sent back to you. This is the customer's responsibility to ensure all conditions are met prior to taking to the post office. Should the original box be received back to us in damaged or in an unsatisfactory condition there may be a chance that we will not accept your return.
- Should we deem a returned item to not be brand new, in resalable condition, we reserve the right to charge return postage costs.
- Helmets returned for a refund or change of mind do not qualify for the 60-Day Fit Guarantee free return and will be returned at the customer's expense.
- NEXX Helmets Australia recommends that if you are making a first-time helmet purchase, that you visit a local stockist to be measured and fitted correctly by a professional. Where this is not possible, feel free to call us, we'd be happy to assist you over the phone.
- Your normal consumer rights apply to any faulty or warranty returns.
